In your passing, I promise to be as much like you as a son can. I promise to try hard and work hard at everything I do, like you did. I promise to love and cherish my family every day of my life, just as you taught your children through example. I also promise, that your music will go on forever - especially this piece, which will be played at each of your granddaughters' weddings.

I miss you so, but love the idea that your music will always be with me to make me smile and appreciate all that I have and all that I had. It is better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all.
